Psychotherapy and Counselling
in Hackney and online
When life feels challenging, it can be hard to manage or make sense of it on your own. Talking openly and being heard, understood and accepted may help you find a way forward. You don’t need to know where to start, or have the right words – you’re welcome just as you are.
My approach is person-centred, which means I trust in your innate capacity for growth and change, given the right support. I’m here to listen and accompany you in exploring your thoughts, feelings and experiences, with genuine curiosity and without judgement. Everyone’s process is unique, so we’ll be guided by your direction and pace.
Understanding what’s shaped you may help you feel more accepting of who you are, and freer to make more fulfilling choices in your life.
About Me
I’m Kryshna (she/her), a UKCP registered psychotherapist. I hold a Clinical Diploma and an MSc in Contemporary Person-Centred Psychotherapy from the Metanoia Institute in London.
In private practice and community-based counselling services, I’ve worked with people from all kinds of backgrounds and life experiences. I pay close attention to the contexts and intersecting identities we each bring into the room, and I’m committed to practising in a way that’s inclusive and anti-oppressive.
I’m fully insured and abide by both the UKCP and BACP Code of Ethics, including through regular supervision and ongoing professional development.

Sessions & Fees
Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, and it takes courage to share what you’re going through.
I offer a free initial call, so we can discuss what’s brought you here and whether working together might be a good fit. From there, you’re welcome to book a first session and see how it feels to talk with me.
Sessions are £75 for 50 minutes, online or in person from my therapy room in Hackney, East London.
